CBSE Vocational Circulars Archive: Where to Find Official Notices

CBSE has reorganised its website more than once over the years, and a lot of older vocational and skill-education circulars are not where you'd expect them to be anymore. This page is a simple directory for students and teachers: it points to where CBSE itself still keeps its older circulars, so you can go to the source directly instead of guessing at URLs.

A quick note before you click through: Vocational Notes is an independent site, not part of CBSE. We don't host, mirror or reproduce these circulars ourselves — the links below go straight to CBSE's own web properties.

CBSE circulars – 2014

https://www.cbse.gov.in/circulars/cir2014.htm

This page lists CBSE's circulars issued across 2014 as a plain chronological list of notice titles. Several entries relate to vocational and skill subjects from that year, including notices about NCFM-linked testing for Financial Market Management students and teacher training workshops. Most titles link onward to a scanned PDF of the original circular, so expect to open a few documents if you're hunting for one specific notice.

Vocational and skill education circulars archive

https://cbseacademic.nic.in/voc_circulars_archive.html

Maintained by CBSE's Academic Unit, this archive gathers circulars specifically about vocational and skill-education subjects rather than CBSE notices in general, spanning several years at once. It covers things like subject-specific training workshops, affiliation and teacher-qualification requirements, and curriculum documents for skill subjects. Because it's organised by topic rather than by calendar year, it's often a quicker starting point than a general circulars page if you already know you're looking for something vocational-education specific.

Academic tenders archive

https://cbseacademic.nic.in/tenders_archive.html

This page is a record of the Academic Unit's past tenders and procurement notices rather than circulars in the usual sense. It's included here because people searching for "CBSE circulars" sometimes actually need a tender or quotation notice, and this archive is where those are kept. Entries list the tender title, a short description of what was being procured, and the submission deadline.

A note on staying current

CBSE updates its website fairly often, and government pages like these can be reorganised or moved without notice — it has already happened once with an older version of this same 2014 circulars page. Always treat cbse.gov.in as the current, authoritative source, and if anything linked above has moved by the time you read this, search directly on that site or check with your school's vocational education coordinator.
